Check-In Information

All teams must check in at Hotel Palmas De Cortez on:

Thursday, July 17th or Friday, July 18th
Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
No late check-ins will be accepted.

Deadlines

All teams must register online or in person by July 15th, 2025. No exceptions.
