SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS!

Hola Amigos!

Well, it's been an up and down August so far, with some days being better than others.  The good news is that we are starting to see many dorado in the area with better size to them.  We are also seeing the wahoo move in in great numbers, just in time for the Wahoo Gold Cup on the 24th.  We are also seeing a good number of roosters with nice size to them and a few pargo and jacks as well.  The marlin bit has been pretty steady with a few stripes and blues still being landed each day.  The bad news is that the tuna have been up and down.  Some days we see a few nice ones come to the dock and we think it's about to go off, but then there will be two or three days with no tuna at all.  My suggestion is to try and fish for what they are catching.  Ask the captains and fellow guests what they are seeing out there.  If you are open to catching anything, then you will have a great time.  If you narrow your species to just one, it can make for a long day.

Here are some pictures of this weeks catch.  All pictures are from August 1st to August 9th.
